ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work includes but is not limited to: The replacement of the Isolation Building East existing HVAC system and its appurtenances according to the attached plans and specifications. This work will not be measured for payment and shall be performed on a lump sum basis. LOCATION AND INSPECTION OF SITE The work site is located at the Genoa National Fish Hatchery near Genoa WI. The mailing address is shown on the Solicitation, Offer, and Award (Standard Forms 1442 or, 18 block 9) as attached to this Invitation. All prospective bidders/quoters, contractors, subcontractors, and related persons are encouraged to visit the site(s) of the proposed Work and to assess the location(s) and extent of the Work prior to submitting bids/quotes.
