Description

Work by the contractor includes all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all work. It is intended that the contractor shall provide a working installation complete in every detail and all items necessary for such complete installation shall be furnished whether specifically mentioned or not. All work to be performed in a thorough and professional manner by mechanics skilled in their respective trades, using materials specified, or materials approved by the school district as equal in quality, capacity, and performance to those specified. All work will meet all requirements, codes, and regulations of the highest governing body whether it is St. Louis County.
