| Description | Ludwig Road from Oakbrook Parkway to Coldwater Road by adding new streets with curb & gutter, sidewalks, drive approaches, ADA ramps, storm sewers, detention pond, green infrastructure, and a roundabout at the intersection of Ludwig Road and Oakbrook Parkway. The project will also include the installation of a small structure on Ludwig Road at Sumner Drain, the milling of the existing asphalt surface and a new overlay of asphalt. Following the installation of the new infrastructure the project will include restoration of all areas disturbed with new topsoil and grass. |
