| Description | As of March 27, 2023, project was awarded to Specialized Construction, Inc., awarded amount is $295,317.50. 2023 Crack Sealing Program for the City of Independence, according to plans and specifications on file. All bidders are required to comply with Chapter 158 of the City's Codified Ordinances. Failure to comply with any provision therein may be grounds for disqualification.
