Description

The work consists of providing services on an as-needed basis for: Professional Architectural / Engineering Services that include but are not limited to; site development, design and specifications, services during bidding, services during construction, records drawings, and permits for construction of projects and performance of feasibility studies. Additional Services may be required for operational analysis, modeling, and plan evaluation, including Revit Software Building Information Modelling (BIM). Engineering service specialties shall include but are not limited to, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation, environmental, industrial, geological, and biological. Other service specialties shall include but are not limited to architecture, landscape architecture, forensic architecture/engineering, remedial investigations, toxicity reduction evaluations, sewermain design, forcemain design, watermain design, reclaimedwater design, mapping, surveying, site planning, and project management.
