Experience in Landscaping (Form 850-070- 09) Must Be Completed and Submitted With the Bid. Lump Sum. Special Bid Requirement: Landscape Projects - Submit With the Bid, a Letter of Reference From One (1) Company or Government Agency That Indicates the Company Names in the Bid is Engaged in or Has Satisfactorily Completed a Contract With Similar Work and Budget Amount Within the Last (3) Three Years as the Prime Contractor on a Landscape Contract. Submit With the Bid, Three (3) Letters of Endorsements With Similar Work and Budget Amount From Three (3) Separate Florida Registered Landscape Architects. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
