High School Baseball and Softball Field Renovation

The scope of work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to refurbish three (3) High School Baseball Fields and two (2) High School Softball Fields (One (1) baseball field at Dougherty High School; 1800 Pearce Avenue, Albany Ga., one (1) baseball field and one (1) softball field at Monroe High School; 900 Lippitt Drive, Albany Ga., and one (1) baseball field and one (1) softball field at Westover High School; 2600 Partridge Lane, Albany Ga.). The baseball and softball fields outfields shall be leveled and over seeded. The infield shall be renovated separately from the outfield using a sports field contractor specializing in infield renovations. The fields shall have all of the bases and pitchers mounds replaced. Contractor shall design and install a fully functional irrigating system on each field.
