| Description | Repair work shall include all necessary, preapproved repairs to the units listed in Appendix I and the timely replacement of units when necessary. When repairs beyond the preventative maintenance steps below are required, a quote must be submitted to the designated Georgia Tech Representative and work shall only proceed after a Purchase Order has been issued and approval to proceed has been granted by the designated Georgia Tech Representative. In the event there are maintenance requirements significantly different from those indicated in this scope of work, the Contractor shall quote this maintenance separately and submitted to the designated Georgia Tech Representative for review. |
