Kaufman County MUD No. 12 Construction of Elevated Storage Tank 2

Question Deadline 02/27/2023 Sealed Bids addressed to Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 12, Board of Directors, will be received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Peloton Land Solutions, Inc., 11000 Frisco Street, Suite 400, Frisco, Texas 75033 for "Kaufman County MUD No. 12 Construction of Elevated Storage Tank #2." Project scope includes construction of an 0.750 MG Elevated Storage Tank. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. Least number of construction working days (M-S) is critical on this project. liquidated damages in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($ 1,000.00) for such calendar day
