Description

The proposed project consists of the installation of approximately 1225 lineal feet of 8-inch PVCO C909 water main by open cut along with approximately along with a gate valve and well and two (2) new fire hydrants. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is approximately 12/1/2022 (contingent on receiving EGLE permit) and substantially completed by 1/12/2023 and final completion by 1/26/2023. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, surety in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond, in the sum of five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and/or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of bid opened.
