| Description | Scope of work: Remove eight (8) River Birch Trees, stumps and roots, surrounding concession stand and remove from property. Demo four (4) score booths and remove from property. Disassemble grill/cooking cage and reassemble after concrete work is complete. Demo existing concrete and remove from property. Replace approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of 3,000 PSI, 4 inch, with rewire broom finish. Saw cut all expansion joints. |
