VHS Pool Reroofing and Skylight Repair

1. Items 1-19 will remain the same or modification will be listed below. 2. Items 20- 21 will be deleted. 3. A job supervisor must be on site when workers are present. 4. Contractor must provide plan for demo-debris removal from the property. Please note where any trucks, supplies, lifting equipment, etc. will be set up as there is limited access to the pool area via parking lot. 5. Roof demolition involves removal of everything down to the concrete deck. 6. The skylight will be demolished and built back according to drawings. Delete exhaust. 7. Two exhaust fans will be furnished by owner and installed by contractor. 8. Roof insulation as specified. 9. Drains as specified. 10. Roof needs to be 60 mil heat welded TPO with at least a 15-year water-tight warranty. 11. All work shall be completed to manufacturer’s specification’s and inspected by manufacturer’s representative and/or underwriters for warranty. 12. The job site shall be returned to normal when completed and all debris, trash, materials, equipment, etc. shall be removed.
