| Description | he Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to perform grooming services for Town Tennis Centers in Seaview Park and Phipps Ocean Park, consisting of a total of 13 tennis courts. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, whose bids meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date set for the opening thereof. |
