A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) is seeking Contractor services for Cayce Utility Phase 1b. This is a hard bid project. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder will be selected to perform the Work. One Contract will be awarded for all Work. The scope of work to include replacement and/or installation of utility systems, sidewalks, roadways, and asphalt restoration within the Cayce Homes Development located at Crutcher from South 6th to South 7th Street, South 7th Street from Crutcher to Lenore, and a portion of Glenview east of South 7th Street., Nashville, TN 37206.
