Annual Rental/Transportation/Emptying Solid Waste Containers

The provisions contained in this section are intended to be cooperative with, to supplement, or to modify Instructions to Bidders and Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict with such sections, the intent of any kind and all Technical Specifications shall govern. 1. The intent of this bid is for transporting and emptying various size County owned roll-off containers, ranging from 20 cubic yards - 40 cubic yards when needed from various sites throughout Alachua County, including Solid Waste Collection Centers and the Leveda Brown Environmental Park and Transfer Station, with the occasional need for container rental from vendor. 2. 20-yard and 40-yard containers are open top and the 30-yard containers are not. All containers will be transported to the County designated disposal site. This site will be the Leveda Brown Environmental Park and Transfer Station until the County advises otherwise.
