Repairs and Improvements at Crown Street Garage and Temple Street Garage

The work for this project includes, but is not limited to: concrete repairs, waterproofing, installation of new storefront and related flashing materials, cleaning of floor drains and sand/oil separators, and parking stall and line striping, all at the Crown Street Parking Garage; concrete repairs, waterproofing, drainage improvements, cleaning of floor drains and sand/oil separators, and parking stall and line striping, all at the Temple Street Parking Garage; together with all incidental work thereto and in accordance with Bid Documents. This project is funded by the State through its Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) and, as such, is subject to certain requirements of the State Grant.
