Abrams Pump Station/Valley Brook Pump Station/ Trout Run Main Pump Station Equipment Replacement - General Construction

Abrams Pump Station: Replace six (6) 16-inch motor actuated plug valves with six (6) new 16-inch motor actuated plug valves; Replace two existing 12-inch flow meters with new 12-inch flow meters; Provide and install one (2) new paperless chart recorders with dual flow capability. Valley Brook Pump Station: Remove and replace the two (2) existing submersible pumps and motors with two (2) new submersible pumps and motors; Replace approximately 20 feet of 4-inch ductile iron discharge piping; Remove the existing motor starts and install two (2) new motor starters for each pump. Trout Run WPCC Main Pump Station: Remove one (1) existing influent pump and motor and replace it with a new dry-pit submersible wastewater pump. Install one (1) new VFD control for the new pump. Replace approximately 15 feet of discharge piping.
