| Description | Nordonia Hill City Schools Summer Roofing 2023 2023 Summer Roofing Projects At: Northfield Elementary School Sections A, C & I Rushwood Elementary School Sections D (Area Identified) E, E1, & E4 The Identified Area Nordonia Middle School- Section J The Nordonia Hills City School District is soliciting bids for roof replacements at Northfield Elementary School, Rushwood Elementary School, and Nordonia Middle School. The work will consist of but not be limited to tearing off all roofing materials to the associated decking (metal & tectum), installing a 2-ply modified system (hot asphalt with a cold process option), a flood of coal tar and gravel, and new metal trim throughout.
