This contract includes, but is not limited to, the construction of roadway, concrete box culverts and associated concrete work, and roadway improvements as per the Construction Plans prepared by Huitt-Zollars, Inc. The project is located near Cuba, NM. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to Sandoval County in the amount of five percent of the total amount bid. The Bid Bond shall be on the form provided in the contract documents, a certified cashier's check or a bid bond in a form acceptable by Sandoval County.
