Description

Circuit A Chiller Serving #1, Disconnect and remove four existing compressor time delay relays. Install four new compressor time delay relays. Wire the new compressor time delay relays. Check for proper operation when complete. On Compressor B Serving Chiller#1, Reclaim the existing refrigerant. Replace two head gaskets. Disconnect and remove two existing water temperature sensors. Install two new water temperature sensors. Wire the two new water temperature sensors. Disconnect and remove the existing, EXV. Install one new EXV. Replace the Circuit board. Wire the new circuit board Disconnect and remove the existing oil pressure switch. Install one new oil pressure switch. Replace the relief valve. Repair any brazable or threaded leaks found. Pull a vacuum. Charge the circuit with proper amount of R22, Check for proper operation when complete. Compressor B Serving Chiller #2, Reclaim the existing refrigerant, Replace two head gaskets. Replace the relief valve serving section B. Chiller#2, Disconnect two existing EXV boards. Install two new EXV board (one on circuit A and one on circuit B) Wire the new EXV boards. Circuit A Serving Chiller #2 Disconnect and remove the existing oil pressure switch, high pressure switch and low-pressure switch. Install one new oil pressure switch one new high-pressure switch and one new low -pressure switch. Disconnect and remove the existing EXV. Install one new EXV. Pull a vacuum Charge the circuit with proper amount of R22 Check for proper operation when complete. Provide the labor to troubleshoot the control wiring on chiller #1 and #2. Remove the existing jumped out control wiring, repair the cut control wiring and correct any other control wiring found from troubleshooting. Additional work maybe required as units are started and up and running.
