The NAICS code is 561790 with a size standard of $9.0M. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02, effective March 16, 2023. The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts, 12, 13 and 15 via the Federal Contracts Opportunities via SAM.gov website https://sam.gov/content/home. The solicitation number is 1333MF-23-Q-NFFM-0017; Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued.
