| Description | Rehabilitate Runway 5-23 (Crack Seal, Sealcoat and Remark). cracksealing, sealcoating, and remarking the existing Runway 5-23 at the Elkins-Randolph County Regional Airport. The project also includes re-marking existing Taxiway A, Taxiway B and Taxiway C. The current pavement condition of the grooved runway includes longitudinal and transverse cracking which will be cleaned, routed as necessary, and sealed with a crack filler material. A sealcoat will then be applied prior to the application of pavement markings which will meet current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. |
