River District Park Construction

Project shall consist of the following: Park improvements between Greensboro Avenue, Jack Warner Parkway, the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater and the Black Warrior River which includes a new parking lot, sidewalks, shared-use path, landscaping/irrigation, storm drain, stage, tiered seating, pavilion, and other improvements necessary for the completion of the above. B. The approximate quantities of said Project are as follows: approximately 3400 sy of parking lot, 2000 lf of curb, 1000 sy of asphalt shared use path, 3000 sy of concrete sidewalk, 1500 lf of storm drain (15” through 42”), 250 lf of water main, pavilion, tiered seating, multiple utility conduit ducts and light poles, RGB lighting, landscaping, and irrigation.
