Description

- All pods to be painted shall be cleaned and pressure washed and then assessed for further repair. - Any existing peeled, checked or bubbled paint should be scraped and sanded to sound surface. - Repair any cracks, holes and other surface defects as required to maintain proper surface adhesion. - Identify any damaged or rust prior to start of work. - Caulk all transitions between any doors or other penetrations on the building. - Mask and protect as necessary any mirrors, doors, lights, receptacles and switches. - Clean up and dispose of any construction debris at the end of each work day. Paint shall be: - Rust-Oleum 9100 Epoxy Mastic - Rust-Oleum 9100 Fast Cure Activator 340 - OR equal with Marion County written approval of specification sheets - Color must be approved by the Marion County Representative.
