Bidding Security in the form of a bid bond or certified check payable to the City of Gassville, in the amount not less than five (5) percent of the total bid shall be furnished by each bidder. The project includes all necessary work, materials, and equipment for construction of a deep well approximately 1440 feet in depth (Phase 1), pump and motor installation (Phase 2), and electrical installation (Phase 3). The City of Gassville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in bidding. Bids may be held by the City for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating bidder qualifications prior to awarding the contract.
