The city of tampa issues its bids and rfps electronically through demandstar. Please note that vendors who obtain specifications and plans from sources other than demandstar are cautioned that bid packages may be incomplete. The city will not accept incomplete bids. Woman-owned/minority-owned business enterprises (wmbe) and small/local business enterprises (slbe) are encouraged to participate in the bid process. The city of tampa has a managed small and local busineess program to certify both its woman-owned, minority-owned, and small business vendors. Please be advised that even if you have a self declared attribute on the demandstar system, your firm must complete the city of tampa certification process in order to take advantage of the program benefits in city bidding opportunities. Questions regarding Vendor Registration, accessing bid documents or submission assistance within the GetAll system shall be emailed to support@getall.com. Reference Bid # and name in email subject line. Questions pertaining to the Bid document/specifications will be accepted up to six business days prior to the scheduled opening date and time and shall be submitted within the GetAll system.
