Description

Purpose: To service, maintain, test, troubleshoot and make minor repairs to the electrical switchgear equipment as identified as medium voltage equipment in each of the 6 buildings. GSA Switchgear has the responsibility to service, maintain, test, troubleshoot and makes repairs to all switchgear electrical equipment rated and identified as medium voltage equipment in each of these building. Each of these federal building provide office space to support mission critical operations for the tenants. Therefore, it is critical the electrical switchgear is maintained properly to lower the risk of fire, electrical hazard and any unscheduled disruption in service to the tenants.
