| Description | For refuse/recycling services to be provided to the City and its citizens. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials and for performing all work for the City Refuse/Recycling Collection Services License Agreement from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2028, unless extended by the City, according to the terms of the License Agreement, up to two additional one-year terms.
