South 8th Street Warehouses

The project scope includes the new construction of two 13,897-square-foot warehouses at 2318 and 2326 South 8th Street. As of October 19, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking conditional use permit and large scale development plan approval from the City of Rogers City Council. The city Planning Commission held meetings on August 16, 2022 and September 20, 2022, but the results are not yet available. Information regarding the developer, architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
