Janitoral and Cleaning Services for County Facilities

Newton County Board of Commissioners is requesting separate Sealed Proposals for Janitorial & Cleaning Services for County Facilities. Janitorial General Services will include cleaning of the Newton County Judicial Center, Old Historic Courthouse and Administrative Building. The Judicial Center will be cleaned three (3) days per week, the Old Historic Courthouse one (1) day per week and the Administrative Building two (2) days per week. Cleaning services will observe holidays observed by Newton County with any adjustments necessary to coincide with the County operations. All work is to be conducted during the hours of 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM unless otherwise noted on the specifications for the task. Entrance/Lobby, Conference Rooms, Courtrooms & Conference Rooms, Hallways, Restrooms, Kitchen/Breakrooms and Utility, Janitorial and/or Supply Room.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Cleaning and Waste Management, Progress Cleaning, Final Cleaning.
Division 02 -	Existing Conditions, Physical Decontamination, Surface Cleaning Decontamination, High-Pressure Water Cleaning Decontamination, Vacuum Sweeping Cleaning Decontamination.
