| Description | Scope: The work includes the minimum scope requirements. Remove existing roof down to the roof decking and haul away all debris. Protection must be applied to surrounding infrastructure and landscaping. Replace any compromised roof decking or blocking. Install non-asphaltic, polypropylene roofing underlayment on the entire roof system. Extended metal drip edge will be installed around the entire perimeter of the roof (rakes and eaves) per manufacturers specifications. Install all new flashings. Install ice and water shields in all valleys and water trough areas. Pre-cut eave/rake starter strips. Install new ridge vents and caps. |
