Township Building Construction Project

Work include all materials, equipment, supplies, design, permits, approvals, and labor necessary for the following items: Construction of one (1) pole building measuring 64 feet by128 feet by 16 feet high measured from the floor of the building to the bottom of the roof trusses. The pole building shall include a 29 gauge painted metal roof, shall be enclosed on four sides with 29 gauge painted metal siding, shall include one outside entry man-door on the short side of the building, shall have four (4) 14 x 14 ft overhead garage doors along the long sides of the building and one (1) 14 ft x 14 ft overhead garage door along the short side of the building (opposite of the man door). An alternate bid on an office addition measuring 30 feet by 40 feet by 10 feet high measured from the floor of the building to the bottom of the roof trusses. The office addition shall include 29 gauge painted metal roof, shall be enclosed on 3 sides and share a common side with the larger pole building, with 29 gauge painted metal siding, shall include three (3) 36x48 windows and one (1) 72" by 80" entrance door.
