| Description | The City of Reading, in conjunction with the Mount Penn Preserve Council of Governments, is seeking pricing for labor and equipment needed to secure and removal all illegally dumped materials on the property known as the Mount Penn Preserve and property located within the partner municipality. Clarification Deadline 11/4/2022 3:00 PM. Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid, as may be in the public interest. |
