9th Street On-Street Parking Project & Parking Lot Improvements

Pre-Qualification: Yes City of DeKalb - 9th Street On-Street Parking Project & Parking Lot Improvements This project consists of improvements along 9th Street between Lincoln Highway and Locust Street along with parking lot improvements: - Widening of 9th Street to accommodate head in parking on the east side of the street. - Barrier curb at the north end of 9th Street to separate and demarcate the public Right-Of-Way of 9th Street. East Locust Street to become a private street. - Expansion of the south parking lot adjacent to American Marketing & Publishing at the northwest corner of Lincoln Highway (IL 38) and North 10th Street. - New driveway accesses to 10th Street from the expanded southern and northern parking lot, the adjacent northern parking lot added, and the two separated parking lots joined.
