Summer Road Maintenance

Cook County Highway Department on behalf of the Evergreen Road Association, Kelly's Hill Subordinate Governmental Services District (SGSD), Voyageur's Point Association, Mile-O-Pin Association, West Rosebush Lane Association, Rosebush Hill SGSD, and Little Ollie SGSD for the summer maintenance of the following projects: 1. Access road to Caribou Lake for the Evergreen Road Association. Road is located approximately 4.5 MI north of Lutsen, MN off CSAH4; approximate length is 0.9 miles. 2. Portions of Kelly's Hill Road, Kelly Ridge Road and Bloomquist Mountain Road (for the Kelly's Hill SGSD), located approximately 9.5 miles east of Grand Marais, off TH 61; approximately 2 MI in length. 3. Access road to Voyageur's Point for the Voyageur's Point Associate. Road is located approximately 35 miles northwest of Grand Marais off CR 85 and is 3,500 LF in length 4. Access road to Mile-O-Pin Association. Road is located 48 miles northwest of Grand Marais off CR 20 (South Gunflint) and is 1.9 miles in length 5. Access road to West Rosebush Lane Association. Road is located 3.5 miles west of Grand Marais off TH 61; length is 2,200 LF 6. Access road to Rosebush Hill SGSD. Road is located 3.5 miles west of Grand Marais off TH 61, 2,100 feet in length 7. Lima Grade from CSAH 12 to Little Ollie Road and Little Ollie Road from Lima Grade to its intersection with Poplar creek Drive (for the Little Ollie SGSD), 29 miles northwest of Grand Marais off CSAH 12 (Gunflint Trail), 1.8 miles in total length.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
