Description

Wall repair includes demolition of existing cap, and the removal of existing slabs as specified in the plans. It also includes the cost of the proposed return wall and return cap along the boat ramp as specified in the plans. The cost of new vinyl sheet pile also includes removal of existing slabs (the final slab on the east side of the seawall and estimated two slabs running parallel to the boat ramp) and the proposed return wall as specified in the plans. The cost of the new concrete cap includes the removal of the existing cap and existing return cap as necessary and the cost of the reinforcement. The cost of anchors includes the deadman or manta ray. Tiebacks includes plate washer and nut, and PVC sleeve if deadman are used. The back fill of 57 stone must be installed at a slope of (1) vertical unit to (2) horizontal units at the back of the proposed cap. The cost of concrete cap transition includes the rebar, S.S rod and marine grade epoxy.
