The Project consists of the following approximate lump sum quantities: Base Bid: Jet-A Fueling System - 12,000 Gallon Double-Wall Above Ground Jet-A Fuel Tank (Including Site Work, Foundation, Piping Modifications And Additions, Electrical, And Aviation Self Serve Fueling Credit Card System, Installed In Place And Ready For Operation. Alternate #1: Modify Existing 4,000 Gallon Jet-A Tank For Use With Avgas (Including Piping Modifications And Additions, Internal Cleaning And Coating, Pipe Cleaning, And Electrical, Installed In Place And Ready For Operation. Alternate #2: Deduct Concrete Foundation for 12,000 Gallon Tank (To Be Performed By Others Based On Submittal Requirements) Alternate #3: Deduct replacement of credit card terminal and related electrical work.
