Description

The Project consists of the following approximate lump sum quantities: Base Bid: Jet-A Fueling System - 12,000 Gallon Double-Wall Above Ground Jet-A Fuel Tank (Including Site Work, Foundation, Piping Modifications And Additions, Electrical, And Aviation Self Serve Fueling Credit Card System, Installed In Place And Ready For Operation. Alternate #1: Modify Existing 4,000 Gallon Jet-A Tank For Use With Avgas (Including Piping Modifications And Additions, Internal Cleaning And Coating, Pipe Cleaning, And Electrical, Installed In Place And Ready For Operation. Alternate #2: Deduct Concrete Foundation for 12,000 Gallon Tank (To Be Performed By Others Based On Submittal Requirements) Alternate #3: Deduct replacement of credit card terminal and related electrical work. (Existing M3000 to remain in operation) The following Federal Provisions are referenced and will be incorporated within the contract. Main St., Booneville, MS 38829 Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of Planholders maintained by Plan House Printing. Bids must be submitted on the standard form of bid proposal, and the successful bidder will be required to execute the standard form of Contract Agreement, together with a 100% Performance Bond and Payment Bond, within ten (10) days after formal award of the contract. Bids may be held by the County for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids for the purpose of reviewing the bid and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. The PRENTISS COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all information in the best interest of the Owner.
