| Description | The service and maintenance shall include all parts, labor, materials, supervision, tools, supplies and any other necessary items to perform: 1. All scheduled inspections, services, testing, adjustments and repairs and/or replacement parts for all elevators, and related to operations, functions and safety. 2. All required unscheduled adjustments, services and repairs for all elevator during business hours. 3. 24 hr. a day/ 7 days a week emergency call back shall be within two (2) hours of telephone request. |
