DHS SP - FY22 Window and Door Repair and Maintenance - Shapiro

The vendor shall furnish labor, quality materials to maintain, repair and/or replace broken/missing glass windows and interior/exterior doors (including automatic doors) on Shapiro Campus. Scope of service shall include, but is not limited to the following: Repair and/or Replace Glass on an as needed Basis to windows and doors.  Contractor would provide hourly rate. Estimated parts/materials cost is $10,000.00 this figure will be added to the end of the bid, in addition to the bid amount entered by the vendor in BidBuy). Examples of types of glass found on windows and doors at the Shapiro Center includes but is not limited to the following:   oDS Glass o¼” Annealed Glass o¼” Clear safety Glass o1” Overall insulated glass o¼” Superlite” IW 45 fire rated glass o¾” Overall Insulated Glass o¼“ Tempered Glass Interior/Exterior (including automatic) Door repairs may include, but are not limited to, repairing/replacing door openers, door hardware. No mark-up on parts and materials is allowed. Subject to Prevailing Wage Act. *Please note most buildings at Shapiro Center are 1-3 story buildings*
