Description

Contractors must have current and capable equipment to provide services Plow snow from areas as designated: 25 Manor Lane - Main parking lot (keep snow 2-3 feet away from west side of lot, away from landscaping) (Sidewalk on south side of fire house) 1. 25 Manor Lane - Truck Bay Ramp (front of fire house) (leave dumpster accessible) (ALL APPARATUS DOORS CLEARED OF SNOW)(All gravel to be raked and leveled in the spring.) 2. 30 Manor Lane - Morton Building, Plow gravel lot to have access to building and fuel tanks (south side of building) (ALL APPARATUS DOORS CLEARED OF SNOW)(All gravel to be raked and leveled in the spring.) 3. 41 Manor Lane - Plow path into property to have access to both buildings. 4. In the event of a snowfall in excess of 9 inches-surcharge of $____________ per inch. Snowfall amounts will be determined by the National Weather Service Report. Application of salt/sand to parking, driveway areas, sidewalks and truck bay ramp to aid in the reduction of ice buildup. $ _______________ per application Price per application as dictated by weather conditions and sole discretion of Contractor. Contracted Company is required to: -Mark out plowing areas with stakes -Provide proof of liability and workman's compensation certificate, with Snow Plow Endorsements/Coverage -All drivers shall have current NYS driver's license -Vehicles shall be listed under umbrella of liability insurance Annual Contract Bid Price $_____________________________________________________.
