Site work, paving and new construction of a multi-residential development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a four-story above grade, 89-unit multi-residential development. The project scope includes the new construction of up to 89 units on 4.09 acres. Scope details have not been released. As of June 21, 2022 the project is in planning stage. The Raleigh City Council approved a rezoning request on June 7, 2022. Information regarding the owner, developer, architect, general contactor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before the second quarter of 2023
