Description

The purpose of this solicitation for Facilities Retention Pond Maintenance (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor to provide economical pricing for monthly maintenance on JEA's pond and ditches as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. These services must be performed in a safe manner, and the results must be aesthetically pleasing as these facilities represent JEA to the rate-paying public.
