Description

The Contractor shall become familiar with the Justice Center Complex and all readily available information about the Justice Center Complex, and shall make as many site inspections as necessary to thoroughly understand the layout of the site including existing utilities as well as established rights-of-way and easements. This scope of work is for completely functional and up-to-date South driveway replacement with all appurtenances fully installed and operable on a “turn-key” basis. The Contractor shall provide and install any other necessary material, equipment or appurtenances of any kind necessary for complete, functional Justice Center South driveway as specified herein.
