Cement Subgrade, Airport Lighting, Airport: Runways, Taxiways, Access Roads, Aprons, Drainage, Pavement - Marking, Aggregate, Signage, Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization, Site work/Excavating and Grading, Pavement Removal, Airports, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete). Description: The project includes, but is not limited to, site grading, culvert installation, placement of crushed aggregate base stone and asphalt pavement, and new airfield lighting as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications. Additional Description: The MUHLENBERG COUNTY AIRPORT BOARD, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any Contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, colour, or national origin in consideration for an award.
