| Description | **As of January 30, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** East Hartford Public Schools (EHPS) seeks replace ~240,000 square feet, consisting of mostly built-up style roofing systems: gravel ballast covering 4-ply asphalt roofing over 2-4" fiberglass insulation and a vapor barrier mopped on a gypsum deck, located at 869 Forbes St., East Hartford, CT 06118. Please Note: Prime Contractor is required to be DAS Certified for this work. A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the contract value must be supplied with all bids in order to be considered. Payment (Labor and Materials) and Performance Bonds will be required for the full contract amount. The lowest cost qualified, responsive and responsible contractor will be selected. East Hartford Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
