Management/Operation of Old Bridge Golf Club at Rose-Lambertson

The golf course facility that is the subject of the RFP is the Old Bridge Golf Club at Rose-Lambertson, which is an approximately 218 acre, 18-hole public golf course and associated facilities located in the Township of Old Bridge, Middlesex County, New Jersey. The Township seeks to enter into an initial five-year Operating Agreement with a private individual or entity that will perform the services set forth in the Operating Agreement, the final form of which shall be provided to the winning respondent. The terms and conditions of the Operating Agreement shall be incorporated in this RPF by reference and made a part hereof. In exchange for entering and performing under the Operating Agreement, the Operator shall pay the Township a fixed annual fee, the minimum amount of which is One Hundred Thousand ($100,000) Dollars per year, subject to annual increases of a minimum of 5 percent (5%). The Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities or to accept the proposal The Township will accept questions and inquiries from all potential respondents receiving this RFP.
