Bay Ridge and Wynfield Farms Screen Wall Project

Bid Package #1 – Bay Ridge Screen Wall Construction of approximately 575 linear feet of 8’ height prefabricated concrete wall including columns, piers and concrete beam footing. Removal of existing Stone entry signs and iron fence shall be included. Install new sod at the disturbed areas and adjust and repair the existing irrigation system as necessary. Installation of new Sign panel at entrance with ground mounted lighting. Bid Package #2 – Wynfield Farms Screen Wall Construction of approximately 1,120 linear feet of 6’ height stone wall including stone columns, drilled concrete piers, concrete beam footing and removal and disposal of existing wall and materials. Install new sod at the disturbed areas and adjust and repair the existing irrigation system as necessary. Repairs or replacement of adjacent fencing at neighbors’ properties damaged during construction will be included in the scope.
