| Description | Scope of Work: Inspect the upper epdm roof on top of the tower and repair as needed. After repairing the epdm, install an elastomeric roof coating over the existing epdm Clean and seal the coping cap joints around the top of the tower with seal fast tape and elastomeric roof coating. Repair any loose caulking around the tower and EFFIS as needed. Inspect the shingles in this area repairing as many as possible. Seal and secure the existing valley metal laps as needed. Conduct a complete clean up at the conclusion of this project. |
