Multi-Street Reconstruction Phase V

Water main replacement, pavement repairs and resurfacing, and sewer structure repairs along E. 109th Street, E. 88th Street, Garfield Drive, Park Heights Avenue, Grannis Road, South Parkway Drive, Wolf Avenue, Monica Lane, and Darlington Avenue, for a total replacement length of approximately 12,180 LF. Base Bid work includes: Water Works New water mains New fire hydrants New water service connections Temporary watermain bypass and services Abandonment of old water mains o Roadway Asphalt pavement planning and resurfacing Partial and full depth repairs Concrete water main trench cap Concrete curb, drive apron, and walk replacement Catch basin and manhole adjustment to grade Catch basin and manhole reconstruction to grade Traffic control workings and signs Site Restoration Follow the OMUTCD for maintenance of traffic, signage, safety, etc.
