Base Bid $305,500 Alternate 1 – Gravel Pothole Repairs $ 1,550 Alternate 2 – Top Coat Existing Gravel Drive $ 15,800 Alternate 3 – Barn Area Repair and Overlay $ 94,800 Repaving an existing driveway, including selective demolition; pavement base repairs as directed, asphalt pavement, tack coat, cleaning, surface preparation, concrete curbs, pavement striping, and complete restoration of the project site. Alternate bid items work embraced by this contract generally consists of (1) gravel pothole repairs, (2) stone top coating of existing gravel drive, and (3) barn area improvements; including pavements, catch basins and underdrains.
